DANIELLE SULLIVAN attended Lehigh University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering in 1998 and Seton Hall University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor in 2006.  Ms. Sullivan was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in November 2006, and New York State Bar in May, 2007.

Ms. Sullivan joined Davidson, Davidson & Kappel, LLC as an associate attorney in November 2006.  Her experience includes prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications in the area of mechanical inventions, notably within the automotive and printing industries.

Ms. Sullivan is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
