Shelia A. Cockburn, Patent Attorney, received her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University in 1994. Ms. Cockburn received her Juris Doctor and her Master of Laws degrees from Fordham University School of Law in New York City in 2006 and 2007, respectively. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in February, 2007.
